Come with us for a unique 7-day retreat in Santa Fiora at the Podere Di Maggio. The Podere di Maggio is located in the upper Tuscan Maremma in an area of pure and wild nature, but at the same time surrounded by cultural and historical treasures. As you immerse yourself in the process of transformation and self-discovery, you will be spoiled with the exquisite traditional home cooking of podere's Neapolitan chef.

During the retreat we offer daily Conscious Breathing / Rebirthing sessions (both cold and warm water) to fully restore your breath to a free-flowing, open and expansive rhythm, back to its original state and bring your Body, Mind and Spirit back to one line up with each other. Rebirthing is such a simple yet effective tool to release all negative conditioning and the effects of past negative experiences that still affect you today.

General topics & teachings include:

• How to overcome the influences of our negative belief system and beliefs. • How to activate your full creative powers & live the "life fantastic". • How our birth, conception and prenatal influences (in utero) determine much of our lives. • Free yourself from your "birth script" influence and heal other specific negatives. • Learning the art of manifestation • The qualities and deviations of the breath • Hot and cold water sessions & specifics

Tuition fee: €1075 (€250 non-refundable deposit required).

Room & full board: € 100,- per person/per day for a shared room (separate beds) in beautiful cottages.
